How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 10–15 business days and is completely free. If you need it faster, we offer express shipping (5–8 business days) for $7 USD.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 3–5 business days for tracking to activate after dispatch.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Contact us at support@pelagicandco.com to start a return.

Do the GoPro filters work with my camera model?
Our red filters are designed for GoPro Hero series cameras (Hero 8–13, with the official waterproof housing). Each product listing specifies exact compatibility — check before purchasing.

Are the necklaces waterproof?
Yes. Our dive-inspired necklaces are made for ocean lovers — the materials are selected to withstand daily wear, including water exposure. We recommend rinsing with fresh water after saltwater use to extend their life.

I received a wrong or damaged item — what do I do?
Email us at support@pelagicandco.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement right away, no questions asked.

Do you ship internationally?
We primarily serve the United States but do ship to select international destinations. Any customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
